Prior to launching the Ottohahn Group, she managed global compliance and program operations for a fortune 500 company.

Previously, she held technical roles in the automotive industry where she provided support to quality engineering, production engineering, purchasing, and maintained budgets and asset databases. Earlier in her career she gained experience in engineering, mechanical design, and architectural design and drafting.

Specializing in executive search and consulting in Nuclear Power Generation, Nuclear Medicine, Advanced Nuclear Engineering industries, & Medical Device Engineering & Manufacturing. Sarah combines the expertise gained through her past experience with her ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. Previously, Nick has held multiple engineering positions within Nuclear Power Generation Industry. He has provided engineering and technical consultation to solve complex problems, and developed engineering processes and specifications for the procurement of critical and significant components. He has also held supplier quality engineering, and manufacturing engineering roles at leading companies in the automotive industry.
