We’re searching for a Lead Electrical & Electronics Reverse Engineer.

This is a rare opportunity to become the technical expert for a newly developing engineering group. Rather than stepping into an established team, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the reverse engineering program from the ground up while working alongside an exceptional group of engineers supporting the commercial nuclear power industry.

We’re looking for an experienced engineer who can hit the ground running with minimal direction and bring deep expertise in reverse engineering printed circuit boards (PCBs), electrical assemblies, and electronic systems used in high-reliability applications.

In this role, you’ll reverse engineer obsolete electronics, develop replacement solutions, create electrical schematics, perform circuit analysis, and support the testing and qualification of components that help keep commercial nuclear power plants operating safely and reliably.

Ideal experience includes:
• PCB reverse engineering
• Analog and digital electronics
• Schematic capture and circuit analysis
• Component-level troubleshooting
• Failure analysis
• Obsolescence solutions
• Experience in commercial nuclear, defense, aerospace, or other highly regulated industries
